The day I met Deborah was my lucky day. She helped me through the arduous process of selling my home and finding an apartment. She handled every problem that came up quickly and with my needs in mind. She is a superwoman!

Without Deborah, we would not have a home to live in. We met and came to work with Deborah by complete happenstance. My husband wanted to drive by a house that was not our style, not in our price range and not even in one of the towns we wanted to live in. “Just a quick drive past it” was what he said. And like this we worked with her for exactly a year until we found the place for us, in the same town we first met Deborah. Through the entire time, Deborah was transparent, informative, responsive at the speed of lightning and never wavering in her mission to help our family find our next place to call home. She was our rock through one of the biggest decisions a family goes through especially during a crazy market like the one we bought in. From submitting our offer to closing and beyond, she made sure everything went smoothly.She fights for you and with you. She is your champion, best friend and advocate. The only thing we regret about working with her is that now that we found a place so we can’t see her every week. Not only did we come out of this with a new home but a friend for years to come.

As a first -time home buyer, I was excited to gain the true experience that you hear from others who have built a connection with his/her realtor. I started off with other realtors who didn't show they had much knowledge of the surrounding areas I was searching for, nor didn't show the skill-set of his/her role. When I think of Deborah felder , two words come to mind immediately. “Passionate & motivated” !! Before I met Deborah I was struggling to sell my house . I had two realtors before she came into the picture and like 2-3 years of the house being on the market . Then one day a good friend of mine gave me her contact information and told me she’s the best at was she does. So I gave her a shot. Let me tell you that was the best decision I’ve made !
